1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Dharma Beacon, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to access and use Dharma Beacon for personal, community, and non-commercial purposes. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy platform materials without permission
• Use the platform for any harmful or illegal purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on Dharma Beacon
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer access to another person or mirror the platform on any other server

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Dharma Beacon are provided on an 'as is' basis. Dharma Beacon makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Dharma Beacon or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Dharma Beacon.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Dharma Beacon could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Dharma Beacon does not warrant that any of the materials on the platform are accurate, complete, or current.

6. Modifications

Dharma Beacon may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

7. Billing and Payment

Subscription fees for paid plans are billed monthly to your credit card on the date your subscription starts. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping it current.

8. Refund Policy

Dharma Beacon offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. For monthly subscriptions, refunds are not available after the first 48 hours of purchase. To request a refund, contact support@dharmabeacon.org with your request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for partial months. If you cancel, you will retain access to your account until the end of your paid period.

10. Changes to Pricing

Dharma Beacon reserves the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to existing subscriptions until the next renewal date. Your continued use of the service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
